whatever works for you i'm gonna lead a very small meditation heart opening where we all gonna create a bowl of life and stand it out uh first over india because india has suffered a lot lately from the pandemic and a lot of what happened a lot of death a lot of suffering so we know that in their here and now they have chosen to be where they needed to be but as they were applied as beings all right love and light all we can do is open our heart and stand his love out there to whoever is in need and we're gonna send it over mother earth as the earth is ascending and a lot of shifts are happening uh to the earth to the humanity so we're gonna do this very small meditation just feel free to tune in whatever comes to you just keep an open heart and we know that we lead from the heart as we are shifting from the mind to the heart we have been humbled by the experiences of unconditional love and uh we're gonna be experiencing more and more of that so just keep an open heart and just uh follow alone i have chosen the uh anahata chakra the word president singing goal today to uh tune into the investigation and to the place of gathering whenever we gather it doesn't happen for a random reason right now that we're just here for a night and screaming but it's a more than that we are here because we need to send this healing energy to each one of us so ourselves first to all of us in this place to this area to india and to mother earth because this is when we are guided to come together so just you can either close your eyes or you can just do whatever feels comfortable and stay with your breath i'm going to walk around in my singing bowl as well to give heart resonance energy to each one of you just to stay with your breath and allow the breath to guide you and allow the breath to take you deeper inside that space inside of your heart let's face inside of your heart this place of unconditional love our innate nature that space that brings us back home to ourselves to connect with all of the creation from a space of love and compassion bringing deeper healing into all the beings all of the creation to ourselves because we are creation we are creating the experiences needed for our growth we created this gathering where we created this now to grow and ascend and align it is happening because it is of the great alignment the energy that we have been receiving the energy that we have signed up for as we needed to open our hearts and the experiences are needed in this here and now to take us deeper as you dive into your heart the heart of love and compassion just breathe in and as you breathe out feel your body is becoming the vessel of the light the vessel of the divine feel feel into this energy surging through the crown of your head the whole of your body and dispersing into the earth as we are pillars of life as our mission here to align our humanity to our divinity and live this human experience to its fullest potential with love and compassion we are here to become the light we are we are here to become the love we are it's just we have forgotten a little and we have been shaken really well since the pandemic since the walk down all those are great signs of the universe to dive deeper to find ourselves to find the missing link that we have been longing for and looking for and it's nothing outside of us it's us creating it's us god's being gods that my beautiful friend always says we are creating and now in this here and now opening our heart releasing all that love and compassion to create a ball of energy as we are all gathered in the circle here visualized in the middle of the circle there is a ball of light star forming and each one of you is sending a peep from their heart into the circle into this whole of lives yes of all of lies that we all as a collective are working on are working on to make it bigger and stronger full of hard pressiness of unconditional love yes visualize feel perceived whatever your heart resonates with in this here and now we are creating a ball of light a beam of light out of your heart into this beautiful wall and the more you breathe the love the light from around you the more you're breathing into the prana and the energy of this holy land you become the vessel of this love you become the vessel of this light and feel your hearts releasing all that love into that bowl that we are creating as a collective and this ball is growing and this ball is growing and it is your creation you're magically creating life and light you are magically creating a ball of healing this wall of healing is growing bigger and bigger than this space it's bigger that's engulfing the space it's getting bigger and bigger engulfing all of manali it's getting bigger and bigger bigger and bigger and it's a clothing above mother india the land of the sages the land of love the land of healing and now i want you to visualize in your inner eye in your mind's eye through your consciousness sending green light energy visualize some green energy into this gold and it's growing and shining with golden greenish light the color of healing and it's growing and growing as much as the humanity is in need of it and remember you can create that anytime for yourself and for all we are all we are the one and we are the collective the more we heal the more energy we can send out into the universe and the more the universe gives it back thousands fold remember you are the abundance and in this now we are the abundance of healing we are the abundance of unconditional love that beautiful ball of energy is dispersed over india to every corner to every house to every heart to all the souls that departed us into the realm of the light to all the families that have suffered the loss for all the souls that are still lost in the realms between the life and death for all of us who are beaming this light and this feeling [Music] [Music] blood and light into that bowl of healing that's growing bigger and bigger bigger and bigger to engulf all of mother earth sending that light that frequency of unconditional love and compassion to all of the creation from the tiniest sand to the biggest creature to the invisible to all of those are working with us in the spiritual the ancestors the healers all of us are healers all of us and this now we are tapping into our hearts the heart of love the heart of healing and this ball of life is engulfing mother earth and her ascension and all of creation just remember who you are remember you have given this body you have been be given this human experience for the greatest good of all and remember your intention has to start from this moment may it seem may it be in the highest hit of all including myself because i am old i am all of creation and all the creation is we vibrate when it is a vibrational frequency we become it in this now we are the vibration of love we are the vibrational feeling [Music] because you can place your hands on your heart and a moment of deep gratitude for yourself for you have taken this journey inward these moments of deep connection of allowing and receiving of giving and receiving [Music] thanking the space for holding us taking the energy for rising at the ball thanking the gods and goddesses the spirits and the ancestors thanking our higher self in this moment of oneness you can place your right hand on your heart your left hand above it you can bow your heart to your heart it is just happening in perfect divine timing and feel your heart buzzing with this energy that it
